Project Description
The project site is located in the downtown central business district of Boise, Idaho. An existing warehouse was renovated into commercial office space and is now proudly certified for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) by the U.S. Green Building Council. The building is a high-bay warehouse of approximately 12,500 square feet on the main level and 2,500 square feet on the mezzanine level. An adjacent smaller warehouse building was demolished to provide on-site surface parking. The building incorporates sustainable design elements such as building reuse, daylighting, recycled building materials, and improved indoor air quality.
